At long last made the step up to league football with the exciting centre forward moving from Cambridge to Brighton and Hove Albion in the transfer window. The hot property 23 year old with 16 goals to his name was linked to a number of league clubs but the striker opted for Brighton and penned in an 18 month deal.
Gus Poyet told the clubs Website “I am delighted to have completed the deal. Chris is an exciting young prospect. He has an excellent goal scoring record this season and has tremendous potential. He is one for the future”
